On back: First Olympic Contract Signed--The first contract covering construction of major buildings and basic installations at the Squaw Valley site of the 1960 Winter Olympics was signed in San Francisco today (October 7) in the office of Charles R. Blyth, chairman of the California Olympic Commission. The contract totals $2,307,700. Olympic pennant is seen in background. Pictured at the signing ceremony are (l. to r.)
