Notes	Newscopy: "INCREASED SEATING CAPACITY--Joseph Finocchio, owner of the night club of the same name, admittedly removed bar from the club without a building permit and installed these seats which helped bring his seating capacity to more than 500. Fire safety officials said they thought the capacity should be cut in half."
