Newscopy: "Traditional rites for Albert Chow, the 'unofficial mayor of Chinatown,' were held today. The body was taken to Victory Hall, 827 Stockton st., where the ancient services were performed. Mr. Chow died last week at 55. His funeral attracted thousands of mourners, who lined the funeral march through Chinatown."
