Notes Newscopy: "'HERE, PIGIE-WIGIES,' coaxed the Admiral. 'Don't be afraid of the mayor and Board of Supervisors. Nobody else is.' And with that the admiral and his cover forces proceeded to feed pigeons. Huh? Listen, you know what cover forces are - pigeons are notoriously ungrateful."
