Now more than 80 per cent completed, the new 165,000-kilowatt electric generating unit is scheduled for initial operation late this summer. It will join three existing units at Hunters Point, bringing the plant's total capacity to 427,000 kilowatts. More than 350 men are regularly at work on the project."
