FIRST BUILDING COMPLETED IN NEW WESTERN ADDITION - The new Medical Office Building at 2233 Post Street, marks the first commercial building to be completed under San Francisco's Western Addition Redevelopment Program. This contemporary three story building designed by Hatch, White, Hermann & Steinau, Architects, represents the most advanced design and construction details to be used in San Francisco. The building provides offices for twenty five doctors plus completely equipped X-ray, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Optical Departments. The completed project was built for a group of physicians who desired offices and laboratories close to Mount Zion Hospital. The construction was carried out by the C. M. Peletz Construction Company.". |
