Notes Typed on back: "COPRA UNLOADING ON WHEELS is one of the new features at the San Francisco copra terminal of Cargill, Inc. Portable 'sucker' unit in foreground allows quick and easy unloading from one end of ocean-going freighter, while the stationary unit (background) handles discharge from main storage hold. The two units working simultaneously have unloaded as much as 1200 tons of copra a day. The newly improved terminal has the largest capacity of any copra operation on the nation, according to Cargill, which processes the dried coconut meat for use in food and cooking oils, soaps, detergents, protective coatings and other industrial products. Nearly $18,000,000 worth of copra, most of it from the Phillipine (sic) Islands, was imported through the Port of San Francisco last year."
