Notes |
Newscopy: "THE WEATHER STORY--"Fair today, foggy along the coast." That's been the Weatherman's tale for the past week, and here's pictorial proof of how right he is about that fog. From woolly-white blanket along San Francisco's western perimeter, tips of the Golden Gate Bridge tower peek skyward, all alone in a world of white. Picture was taken by Jack Holper of United Press Newsphotos. It was made at 6 a.m., using a speed graphic camera, lens setting f4.7, at 1/500th of a second. Plane was flown by Bob Law of Commodore Air Service, Sausalito...". |
