Lewis, president and executor of the Miranda-Lux Foundation; and Mrs. Lawrence Draper, Jr., Commissioner of the local Board of Education. The photograph was taken in the Polytechnic High School Electronics Laboratory, a special instruction facility which has been backed by the Miranda-Lux Foundation.".
