Notes Newscopy on back: "SHE'S NO LADY - If any one should ask Captain John Webb, 'Who was that lady I seen you carrying down the ladder today?' Captain Webb can answer 'That was no lady, that was a mannequin I saved from melting when the Palace Hardware Co. caught fire and threatened the C. Barrango Mannequin Co. upstairs,' which gets the facts into the caption and should take care of any domestic explanations. Captain Webb, a member of Engine Co. 29, might have a make."
