Newscopy: "Here is Chutes Park, with the Chutes Theater in the background where the Orpheum played its variety shows for a while after the fire of 1906. There were three Chutes Parks in San Francisco--this was the scond, on the north side of Golden Gate Park near 10th-av and Fulton-st."
