Notes	Newscopy: "The Great Dragon-Even in 1909, when this Portola Festival picture was taken, the great dragon of San Francisco's Chinatown was an integral part of any municipal parade. If civic plans for a revival of this famous old fete are carried out next year, the dragon will come forth again to dance along Market-st, you may be sure. July 15, 1946."
