Notes Newscopy: "PLACARD-CARRYING opponents of the Southern Freeway, which would gobble up 63 parcels of property including 26 residencoes, marched before the City Hall today to bring their united opposition to the attention of the Board of Supervisors. The project, together with the Western Freeway, is to come up before the Planning Commission next Thursday. The commission can approve the freeway routes, reject them or refer them back to the supervisors for a final decision."
