Fred Ross hall of fame in October 14. Community organizer found Cesar Chavez in San jose and got him to work for the community service organization. Cesar and Dolores worked there for 10 years working with community organizations that helped to organize voters and take on key issues in their community. Cesar and Dolores left in 1962 to start the United Farm Workers.
