Notes Newscopy: "Latest weapon in the San Francisco Police Department fight against crime are these machines-mechanical brains, similar to the fingerprinting machines used by the G-men. Cards, punched with holes in the machine operated by Miss Carthy, are sorted in the second machines. When two cards have similar records, one man can be blamed for both crimes. The third machine unattended, makes an analysis of facts contained in the cards."
