Notes Written on back: "Broderick No.1 Goes to the Scout-O-Rama - The first fire engine built in California, 100 year-old Broderick No.1, was on its way to the Cow Palace today for a featured role in the mammoth 1955 Scout-O-Rama on April 29-30. On hand for its gala sendoff from Fireman's Fund Insurance Group offices were members of the San Francisco Fire Department, wearing authentic volunteer firemen's uniforms; Boy Scouts who will take part in the show; and Maritime Festival Queen Barbara Carideo, a secretary at Fireman's Fund in San Francisco."
