Notes Newscopy: "REFLECTION OF SIGNS OF THE TIMES--Two women carrying placards got into the picture in a rather indirect way during a ceremony in front of the City Hall today. Mayor Christopher had issued a proclamation designating Aerospace Week and a color guard stood at attention while an Army band played in the plaza across the street. Note the helmet and the chin strap of this stern-faced Guardsman. Part of a slogan can be seen in the shining helmet while the chin strap reflects the pickets. The women, Mrs. Margaret Driggs and Mrs. Irene Wenk, said they represented no organization."
