Miller, second victim of the desperate attempted prison break on the island fortress in San Francisco Bay, is shown being moved to Marine Hospital where he died late today (5/3). Although Miller was only slightly wounded by gun fire, his chest was crushed and most of his ribs broken. Bureaus CREDIT LINE (ACME) 5-3-46".
