Notes Donor description: No people in photo; building exterior. Cip Ayalin’s photography studio at 1155 Geneva Avenue, SF from 1970 to 2000.
“The building is still there but I’m not the owner anymore.” Cip Ayalin had the lower floor for his studio; the upper floor was for rent. He owned the whole building. He sold the building in 2010 for $300,000 (“and it’s now worth a million!”).
