Notes	Newscopy: "'COUNT ME OUT.'--Tong bulletin boards were a familiar sight in the Chinatown of the early 1900's. Notices posted there told of truces between tongs, or, signed by individuals, said 'I am no longer a member of the --- Tong.' Notices such as the latter were to warn hatchet men that rival tongs would not pay for the murder of such an individual."
