Notes Newscopy: "Chinese boys and girls who cross Stockton and Clay-sts will have extra protection, from a new Chinese Junior Traffic Patrol, in the future. Inspector Byron Getchell, director of the patrols is shown above watching CAPTAIN JAMES DER taking over his duties. The boys do triple duty, since the regular parochial school conducted at the Catholic Chinese Mission is in session from 9 a. m. to 3:10 p. m., and two other nearby schools are conducted from 4 to 6 o'clock and from 5 p. m. to 8 p. m."
