Notes Newscopy: "When the residents, many of them older citizens, move into Ping Yuen North public housing development in December, the building itself will be wishing them good fortune and longevity. Workmen today are removing molds from sculptured panels along the second-floor balcony, panels which make use of symbols of Chinese legend and mythology. The turtle (longevity) and the fish (luck, honor) provide the dominant themes.".
