Description The only federally designated memorial to individuals who have died of AIDS and honors those living with HIV. The Grove is located in the eastern end of Golden Gate Park, at Bowling Green Drive and Middle Drive East. Sponsors a Saturday workday program where volunteers gather at the Grove to weed, plant, and garden. Publishes a quarterly newsletter, "Notes From the Grove."
