| Description |
Provides health care to residents of the Tenderloin. Services include four integrated modalities: Primary Care: adult urgent care, chronic illness care, case management, health screenings, health education and counseling; Mental Health: mental health evaluation and counseling, therapy and medication management; substance abuse counseling and similar treatment modalities; and HIV/AIDS: HIV risk reduction counseling, testing and linkages (CTL), complementary care- chiropractic & acupuncture services. Programs include Health Care for the Homeless; Pathways to Health; Diabetes and Depression Disease Collaboratives; Breast Cancer; Healthy Vision 2010. |
