| Description |
The Clubhouse Wellness and Recovery Center is designed to meet the needs of the individual who is ready to move away from the traditional "client role" and engage in a program that encourages increased self-sufficiency and peer support. Provides a supportive atmosphere where individuals establish their own definition of recovery and set their own goals to achieve wellness. Services include participation in a wellness and recovery community; group therapy; vocational/rehabilitation services; WRAP Training and development of individual Wellness and Recovery Action Plans; recreational activities and informal activity groups. Medication support services are provided in collaboration with the Tenderloin Outpatient Clinic. |

| Eligibility |
Individual who has been diagnosed with chronic and persistent mental illness, stable on medications, without recent acute episodes requiring crisis or inpatient services. |
