Description A mental health outpatient program providing services both in the office and in the home. Services include psychiatric assessment and treatment; individual and group therapy; substance abuse treatment; crisis intervention; medication evaluation/supervision by a psychiatrist; and case management for assistance with medical, residential, legal, and financial problems. Day Support Services provides additional care in order to remain in the community.
Eligibility 60 years of age or older.
Fee Varies according to income. Medi-Cal and Medicare accepted.
