| Description |
A mental health outpatient program providing services both in the office and in the home. Services include psychiatric assessment and treatment; individual and group therapy; substance abuse treatment; crisis intervention; medication evaluation/supervision by a psychiatrist; and case management for assistance with medical, residential, legal, and financial problems. Day Support Services provides additional care in order to remain in the community. |
