| Description |
The OMI/Excelsior Beacon Center based at James Denman Middle School opens the school as an after-school community center. Activities include homework assistance, arts and crafts, computer literacy, dance, drama, girls sports, basketball, martial arts (for adults), career development, youth leadership, case management, counseling, and peer health education. |
