Description An African American community-based theater company that offers classes, seminars and workshops in the performing arts. Sponsors original performance art and theater productions that preserve the African culture in performances. Performances are offered in San Francisco as well as other cities. Sponsors the Medea Project, which is theater developed by and for incarcerated women. Sponsors workshops and classes in schools and at community centers for youth.
Eligibility 6 to 17 years of age.
Fee Educational services and programs are free. Performance prices vary.
