Description Serves to preserve and promote the Japanese American cultural and historical heritage. Provides educational, cultural, recreational, and social programs for individuals and families. Offers classes in martial arts, dance, and arts and crafts. Sponsors adult and youth volleyball and basketball leagues. Sponsors an artist-in-residence program (for dance). Offers rental space (gymnasium/community hall/conference rooms) to other organizations, call 415-567-5505 for rental information and fees. Publishes the "Center" newsletter (quarterly). Also offers volunteer opportunities.
Fee Membership fees vary. Fees for classes and events are discounted with membership.
