| Description |
The Geriatric Home Evaluation and Treatment Team provides services both in the clinic and in the home. Services include: psychiatric assessment and treatment; crisis intervention; medication evaluation/supervision by a psychiatrist; individual or family counseling; and case management for assistance with medical, residential, legal and financial problems and in-home services. |
