Description Provides one-stop access to services and information for individuals 55 years or older living in the Sunset District. Provides information and referral and the necessary follow-up to ensure timely access to City and community-based services, legal assistance, housing, adult day centers, transportation, In Home Support Services, etc. Provides translation services for seniors who speak only Mandarin, Cantonese and Russian in order to access services. Assists seniors with completion of forms. Formerly known as Outer Sunset Senior Central (Senior Central #10).
