| Description |
Offers complete medical and dental services for adults and children, with consultation back-up provided through San Francisco General Hospital. Medical services include prenatal and postpartum care; HIV services including confidential testing; women's clinic; teen clinic; pregnancy testing; well child clinic; immunizations; and nutrition services. Provides social work services including assistance in applying for Medi-Cal. An internist and family practice physicians are on staff. Also offers health education outreach programs in neighborhood schools and day care centers. Serves as an enrollment site for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). Provides sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing and treatment. Dental services include fillings and root canals for selected patients, along with preventive services. Also known as the Caleb G. Clark Potrero Hill Health Center. |
