| Description |
Provides primary health care for acute and chronic medical problems to children, adults, and geriatric patients. Clinic services include Child Health Disability Prevention (CHDP) exams, immunizations, a women's clinic, a perinatal clinic, pregnancy testing, HIV testing and counseling, acts as an AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) enrollment site, and a family planning clinic. Also offers seasonal flu shots (for seniors age 60 and over and individuals with a chronic illness), and hypertension and tuberculosis screening. Participates in the WIC and supplemental food programs. |
