Description Provides Native American and non-Native American patients with outpatient medical and dental services including: primary care, pediatric care, family planning, immunizations, screening and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STD), women's health care, Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) examinations, HIV services (anonymous rapid testing, treatment, and case management), and mental health services (Family and Child Guidance Clinic). Also serves as a site for the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition program (1st Monday and 3rd Thursday only).
Eligibility None.
Fee Sliding Scale: must provide proof of income and San Francisco residency. Medi-Cal, Medicare, CMSP, San Francisco Health Plan, Healthy San Francisco, and some private insurance accepted.
