Description Provides free legal and social service support to low-income families affected by HIV disease. Offers case management, guardianship planning, support groups, transportation (Muni passes) and family activities. An attorney and social worker discuss legal options with HIV-positive parents and their children.
Eligibility Family affected by AIDS/HIV; must meet income guidelines; San Francisco resident.
Fee None.
Application Call intake worker between 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Must have a letter of diagnosis and proof of San Francisco residency.
Transportation Muni (Market Street lines) and BART/Muni Metro (Civic Center station).
