| Description |
Provides free legal and social service support to low-income families affected by HIV disease. Offers case management, guardianship planning, support groups, transportation (Muni passes) and family activities. An attorney and social worker discuss legal options with HIV-positive parents and their children. |

Call intake worker between 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Must have a letter of diagnosis and proof of San Francisco residency. |
