| Description |
Provides compassionate care with the goal of relieving pain and symptoms and to allow terminally ill individuals remain in their home. Services include nursing, psychosocial, spiritual, emotional and practical support and are provided in-home, in skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities, or hospitals. Bereavement counseling and support groups are available to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one. Volunteer opportunities are available for patient care, thrift shop, and special events. |

Diagnosed as terminal (six months or less life expectancy). |
| Fee |
All insurance accepted including Medicare, Medi-Cal, Champus, Prucare, Health Net, and others. Individuals without insurance coverage are still eligible for services. |
