Description The first openly gay musical organization in the world founded in 1978, the band has members from many walks of life, religious beliefs, genders, cultures, physical abilities and sexual orientations. Offers a wide variety of performance opportunities for musicians at every level from beginner to professional. Committed to community service, the band provides music for many local events and is available for hire for private events, fundraisers and parties.
Eligibility Individual with basic skills of reading music and playing an instrument. There are no auditions and musicians of every level are members.
Fee Membership dues are $50 per quarter. $50 per year for members who just do marching events and not concerts. Dues are waived during the first quarter for new members. Waivers may be granted for individuals with special financial needs.
