| Description |
Provides comprehensive senior services for the OMI (Ocean View, Merced, and Ingleside) community. Serves lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Also provides free coffee and tea in the morning, Monday through Friday. Provides social and educational activities including nutrition education, crafts, exercise, bingo, field trips, community college classes, and guest speakers. Provides weekly wellness services including health and blood pressure screenings. Provides a citywide home care program. Provides information and referrals to other senior services available in the community. Participates in two food distribution programs including a weekly brown bag food program and a monthly grocery program for low-income individuals and families. |
| Eligibility |
Senior 60 years of age or older. Must be a senior center member to participate in the food distribution programs. |

$1.50 donation requested for lunch. Sliding scale for home care program. |
