Description Provides energy assistance for low-income San Francisco residents. The Weatherization Project provides free caulking, water heater blankets, weather stripping, glazing, set back thermostats, ceiling fans, and minor home repairs. Assists individuals in applying for state energy programs, including the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) which provides a one-time assistance payment to help eligible households pay a portion of their gas or electric bill.
