| Description |
A television program to increase public awareness of consumer issues and potential fraud. Provides information and referrals by telephone to consumers who have complaints about consumer goods and services. Examines consumer issues and provides viewers with problem-solving information. Also investigates and provides follow-up on consumer complaints. Consumer questions and complaints are also addressed on KGO Radio AM 810, Sunday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., 415-808-0810. |
