| Description |
Offers family-oriented preconceptual counseling and prenatal care; access to clinical trials for HIV positive pregnant women and their infants; pregnancy options counseling for HIV positive women and informational counseling on HIV and pregnancy; referrals for HIV primary care; and consultation with other providers about perinatal HIV. Acts as an AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) enrollment site. Provides case management and child care (by arrangement) during appointments. A social worker is available to help families who need housing, clothes, legal services, transportation, counseling, and referrals. |

HIV concordant or discordant couple considering pregnancy; HIV positive pregnant woman. |

Sliding scale; SFGH only accepts self pay, Medical or Medicare; private insurance is accepted up at UCSF on Parnassus Avenue; call for more information. |
