Description A nonprofit organization that serves to promote and foster an understanding of Chinese and Chinese American arts, history and culture. Operates a gallery (free admission) with rotating exhibitions of traditional and contemporary art. Sponsors genealogy research internships for young Chinese Americans. Offers classes in Chinese painting and calligraphy; Mandarin language classes; cultural workshops and lectures; docent-led Chinatown heritage walks for school groups and out-of-town visitors; and screening of unique Chinese and Chinese American films. Sponsors the New Year Spring Festival, cultural and martial arts performances, and wei-chi tournaments. Publishes a quarterly newsletter to members.

Fee Membership fees are $35 for an individual; $50 for families; $25 for seniors and students. Heritage walk fees are $18 for adults; $10 for ages 18 or younger.
