| Description |
Offers a variety of health-related services for both the general public and Kaiser members. Services include health classes, support groups for health problems, and access to a health library containing videos, audiotapes, books, and magazines. Equipment is available on site to view the library's videos but only Kaiser members can check out materials. Internet access is available for Kaiser members to conduct health related research. Also offers free health-related pamphlets in both Spanish and Chinese. |

Health classes open to the general public include self-help acupressure, t'ai chi, yoga, qigong, diabetes, CPR (for adults and infants/children), anger management, insomnia, stress reduction, parenting, smoking cessation, and weight depression. Support groups open to the general public include cancer, breast cancer, alopecia areata (hair loss), herpes, heart surgery/condition, partners of individuals with prostate cancer, parents of children with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), smoking relapse prevention, and Overeaters Anonymous. |
