Description Responsible for removing graffiti from public property and noticing private property owners to abate graffiti; street cleaning; City trash receptacle placement; removal of illegal signs on public property; retrieving illegally dumped garbage (including abandoned refrigerators, freezers and tires); and the maintenance of City-owned plazas. Programs include: removal of oil and paint spilled on a San Francisco street; graffiti and litter abatement programs; Adopt-A-Street; and the Community Clean Teams (a corps of volunteers who sweep the streets and erase graffiti). Call for additional program information. Speakers are also available to discuss litter abatement.
