Description Provides bilingual assistance in preparing and filling out immigration forms, particularly for citizenship (Naturalization) and to sponsor family members to immigrate to the United States (Petitioning).
Clinics are conducted in collaboration with sponsoring community groups which host clinic sites and schedule clients for appointments, as follows:
In San Francisco at the Chinatown-North Beach Community College Campus (415-561-1017) on the first Saturday of each month with bilingual assistance in Cantonese and Mandarin.
In San Jose at the Asian Law Alliance (408-287-9710) on the second Saturday of each month with bilingual assistance in Cantonese, Vietnamese, Japanese and Spanish.
In Oakland at the Korean Community Center (510-547-2662) on the fourth Saturday of each month with bilingual assistance Korean.
Volunteer opportunities are available for students and attorneys.
