| Description |
A self-help organization for family and friends of individuals with severe mental illness. Provides advocacy, education, and support groups. General membership meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. (except August and December), 1010 Gough Street (Family Service Agency of San Francisco), 5th floor conference room. Publishes a monthly newsletter "Out of the Fog" for members. Formerly known as National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, San Francisco Chapter. |
